Bikram Yoga Naples 

WELCOME!!

We're blessed to have so many Visitors from all over the world visit our Naples, FL studio.

Here's some information that will assist you in creating the best possible experience while your here:

• We sell warm water here before class. We recommend room temperature water in order to keep your body calm and conserve your energy. If you want cold, please bring your own.

• You may bring water into class with you; however, the teacher will inform you of the 3 water breaks.

• We don't use hand towels in class to keep grips in any of the postures and recommend no wiping. Yoga is achieved through stillness.

• The studio opens 30 minutes prior to and closes 30 minutes after each class.

• Please turn off cell phones and pagers and leave them in the lobby, never in the yoga room.

• Please leave all personal belongings in the lobby or locker rooms.

• No fragrances in class.

• All classes are 90 minutes long; plan to stay in class the entire time.

• Please no talking in the yoga room. 

• Please find a spot in the yoga room quietly, respecting those around you.  Place your mat on the line, 1/3 of the way over the line.

• Always leave the yoga room quietly respecting your fellow students.

• Enjoy the peace and energy you are taking with you from class and make up your mind to come back tomorrow!
